The Legacy PrintingReviews of thelegacyprinting.com

SCAMMER ALERT! This company is a complete scam. They’ve taken my money, wasted my time, and I have nothing to show for it. I never received any products at all – not even a faulty one. Their communication is awful. After months of chasing them, I’ve had no proper updates or solutions. They offered a reprint, but how can you reprint something that was never delivered or printed in the first place? Please don’t waste your time or money like I did. Stay far away from this company. Heartless scammers - they’ll take your money and not give a care in the world.

A SCAM. Trust me - stay clear. This company have wasted my time, my money and also my patience. Months have gone by with terrible communication and still I do not have useable boxes - I have duds that are all not to spec and only ever am offered a reprint in which the reprint is wrong. Please do not waste your time.

Warning: This is a total scam. Avoid at all costs. Read the other one star reviews, they are serial scammers. They took my money, and I never received the boxes for my small business. They promised a 20 business day delivery but after SIX MONTHS my boxes were nowhere to be seen. After more than six months of chasing them for updates and repeatedly only getting excuses and false delivery dates, I decided to ask for a full refund for the undelivered boxes. They agreed to give me back some of the money (excluding a 120 dollar tip, which they are absolutely undeserving of) and said it would take a month to process, which turned out to be just another lie. My account manager was dreadful, and the management was even worse. All are unresponsive and willing to give false promises in writing and over the phone. To this day, I have not received my money. I could not possibly recommend The Legacy Printing less. Avoid at all costs.

I received very poor quality prints, mismatched colours for the same designs, uneven background design across all 3,300 prints, embossing totally off, some free sand, uneven prints, glue on outside of boxes, text not clear to say the least. 74% of production was defective. Adam agreed to a reprint which was of worse quality and 90% of this reprint was defective. They also post fake reviews on Google, I have emails with Adam Millar confronting him of this and him admitting it was their social team and removed them. Was hit with a VAT and Customs bill which they agreed to refund, but not have done so. Will be claiming a Section 75 refund and taking them to the small claims court for the VAT and Customs bill which was never refunded. Save you your sanity, time and most importantly keep you on track with your schedule by going elsewhere. Full Review to follow on Google with images.

I dealt with Kevin. I sent him my requirement clearly with pictures. He gave me a quote, I made the payment upfront. He sent me the samples as per the requirement. There were minor changes, for which I was charged extra, also acceptable. The production delivery received was not as per the samples, discussion or requirement. After the goods were delivered, I sent Kevin an email and conveyed my concern. He responded saying, our requirement "looks weird" and as per the production rules couldn't be carried out. I was greatly surprised by his response. And I just couldn't understand, how did they manage to supply the samples to this "looks weird" request in the first place. How was this was not communicated prior to accepting the order. Kevin, to his defence sent me a copy of the artwork. He offered to send me double sided tape as a compensation, assuming, I'll be a returning as a customer. I feel cheated and The Legacy Printing needs to accept the responsibility of their mistake and refund me for the price they have charged me for accepting the order as per my request or take the goods back and send me replacement.

Fraudulent business, unprofessional "service" and extremely poor products. THEIVING CROOKS! After 4 months of having to deal with the worst "company" I have ever regretfully dealt with, I can finally advise others to AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Obviously, they have 0 real positive reviews about their UK brand because it is appalling! (all other reviews are generic and evidently fake) We tried to provide the legacy printing up to 60k worth of product opportunities but not being able to provide any reliability we gave them 1 product to fulfill and it couldn't have gone worse- we missed weeks of sales due to them not fulfilling an order- everytime we rang "Jason Miller" was the only one in the entire company we could talk to about our order and was he never available- when we did he couldn't advise anything about what was happening with our FULLY PAID IN ADVANCE order?! The "customer service" team completely clueless and hard to talk to- not sure where they are based?! In the end, the product delivered was not only late but shocking quality and the WRONG COLOUR. After months of trying to get this rectified or refunded they refused and avoided us. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY. Do not become a victim of this vile cowboy business!
