Still awaiting refund
Terrible experience. Ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding that came in a beat up box. The shoes themselves were very poor quality. I ended up returning them, which was an entire experience in and of itself. Their return policies are very specific, so make sure to follow to a T. I did everything correctly and the refund still hasn’t gone through and it has been a month. They have been responsive about it, but there is still no refund in sight. I am currently out almost $100. I would be happy to edit my review if and when I receive the refund. Edit 9/8/26- finally received refund. Did take quite a long time to receive. The shoes were still very uncomfortable and did appear poorly made.
