A terrible customer service experience. I signed up and was listed as number 8,000 in their ‘review que’. Over the course of two weeks the in app customer service team repeatedly tried to get me to sign up to their paid platform to jump to the top of this que/review system. I never moved in the que A garbage experience. Don’t waste your time

Total scam,.. Afther 4 months still no reply back. Not even a polite automated message. just nothing. The word nothing can be used for this site properly! waist of time

Signed up didn't realise you would be put on a waiting list!!! To make things worse I was number 24.445 or something like that, so ridiculous. I deleted the profile straight away.

It's a scam. I was charged full price for what was advertised as a free trial and the customer support refused to acknowledge their mistake and kept implying that I was a liar. Please keep your money safe and don't trust it - The League is an absolute disgrace of a company.

Complete waste of money

The "concierge" photo was from 3 years ago. I also wasn't aware of the fine print that there are no refunds. Hundreds of "membership" dollars wasted in one click, no real prospects, no responses, no response from anyone @ the League. I hope *someone* at corporate can do the right thing.
