absolute dog water. 3 weeks and 1500 wasted on data point leads. Dont trust the social media pages, there is literally no way that the leads they are selling are legit. Ive been doing this for 20 years, Im normally north of 15k TP weekly while managing agents as well. In 3 weeks I didnt have a single conversation with anyone remotely interested. Might have a deal with a VETERAN that some kid cussed out, simply because I tracked down the agent and assisted the client file a complaint against the DOI for their state along with the call recording, otherwise, dont waste your time. Bummer too because I have a team of 33 and an imo of nearly 1000 agents we could have funneled... instead Im here, trying to help others avoid wasting money.
