I have received a few leads from LL. None resulted in a close. I got two listing contracts but one changed their minds (gave property to family) and other is for a small lot (which is fine). Other leads’ quality was not great but I can’t say if that’s on LL or just the lead itself. I’m only a few months in so hopefully I will get more. As far as LL as a company itself, they are nice and promptly follow up.

I started using Lead Lynx a month ago and have had 2 leads come in, have one active listing and an appt with the other this week. Working on increasing my leads through them. They are easy to talk to, havent tried to upsell me, even when I asked about getting more leads, and got my area increased with ease. I highly recommend them.

This company sent me leads of people whom they spoke to a long time ago and tried to pass off the recordings of the leads as if they were recent. The potential home sellers were people were confused why I was calling. Said they are not interested in selling. One was an elderly man with dementia who did not own the home. When I listen to the recordings of the calls, the caller is a person overseas who keeps repeating the same questions to the homeowner on the phone about whether or not they would consider selling for the right price.
