I am giving 5 stars for their excellent deals and after sales support

I ordered thru a lawn mower from this company thru TikTok. They cancelled sending me a text to order direct thru their site instead to save on fees. Tracking number they gave was bogus. They assured me it would arrive. Today they call and say they can’t fulfill the orders due to the shipping issues. They wanted to “verify” my info to Process refund. They have my “info”. They are a total scam. Don’t trust them.

I would give four stars to them for their excellent after sales communication and one stars deducted for delivery

Went to buy a riding mower at the Lebanon, Tennessee Lowes, and they sold me one that made a rattling noise in the rear axle area. Got a refund added $380.00 more to get a John Deere and when engaging the blades it sounded with knocking and belt slapping. Took it back and proceeded to get my money back on this one. Manager said he would make it right by selling me a different John Deere mower for the price of a Craftsman riding mower and I told him after being sold 2 Mowers that was junk or poor assembly that I had just rather go somewhere else to buy a new mower with no issues and that he couldn’t make me a deal worth getting or taking a risk of another one. I am fed up finally and i have tried buying one from The Lawn Market, i am happy with just one thing there excellent customer support and they don't give up on there customer .

The refrigerator got delivered today hope this does not stops working in few days or months, also am having trouble registering the warranty on samsung website which the user manual refers to
