Fk this website
Fk this website! I placed an order for my daughters back to school shoes and they canceled my order without even telling me! Like 3-4 days in, I go to check the status and it says refunded. This is absolute BS.

The survey is sent before the product is delivered. Shipping seems a little slow.

Thank you for your feedback! We set the survey up to only send after delivery, but looking at your order it seems like this was a strange exception where Shopify is listing this as delivered but UPS is saying it is delayed until Friday the 14th. I apologize for the inconvenience here and we will look into fixing the systems miscommunication.
