Bad business
First, I ordered the gray in size 10.5 men’s. I saw the order and it read blue in size 10. I then CANCELED THE ORDER, and yet I just received it yesterday. I want a return label to send it back.

Great service and value!
My product (running shoes) arrived slightly defective, but the service team offered me an additional discount or option to exchange. Give the problem, I kept the shoes since I could smooth out the defect over time. I feel very satisfied total value and cost for the shoes. Also, I had quick and excellent customer service with Fatima! thank you! I would buy again from TLD .

Item was damaged and had to return. Return process was easy after I sent photos of damaged item. Awaiting shipment of replacement item.
