The Junk ProsReviews of thejunkpros.com

They were super helpful and much cheaper than some of the newer apps.

We hired The Junk Pros to clean out a house for my husband's deceased aunt. It was a thorough pleasure interacting with Rosie, who is very customer focused and professional. Her friendly demeanor put me at ease, and I always felt that she wanted to make sure that I had a good experience. She's the glue that holds everything together. Junk Pros is very efficient at what they do. They were on time and wasted no time in tackling the job of removing four full loads of furniture and other items. They also removed four rooms of carpeting and left the entire house broom clean. There was a little glitch about furniture that was supposed to be donated instead of trashed, but the onsite supervisor, Craig, apologized for not communicating clearly enough to his workers. All in all, this was a great experience. The four rating is not intended to take away from their professionalism. It merely reflects that there was a hiccup. I would definitely use them again. Kudos to Gary, Craig, Rosie and their stellar workers.

I highly recommended this company. This company is first-class all the way. The staff was beyond professional and fast. Efficient and knowledgeable.

I was a bit concerned that there would be less recycling and care of materials to be shredded that I anticipated. Removed clothes from the items to go so I could ensure that they were donated in good condition.

Came on time did the job .

I hired Junk Pros to remove a very clutter apartment in Manhattan for a person that I am the Court Appointed Guardian. The Junk Pro Crew was very good at the task at hand and very professional. The only reason I did not give them a fifth star was because they cause some minor inconvenience to some of the other tenants in the building that required the Building's Superintendent to intervene.

I had the leftovers of 35 years of my late dad's apartment in Manhattan to remove. The job included a very large amount of old books, dilapidated furniture and other 80-year-old bachelor accumulations. Craig, Luis and crew did a great job. I was concerned that we might not get it done in one day. This is a group of professional hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job. The apartment is now empty and ready to prep for sale.

junk pros were very professional I had a sensitive issue with they wrapped my mattress up discreetly and took it away l was very relieved
