Placed order Jan 2, was told item is in transit to me and would be delivered within the shipping policy. It was not, when I reached out again they are now saying there is a delay in my order due to item being out of stock. Poor communication from them and they were dishonest.

Purchased item early December, still waiting for it. These items are shipping from China, and they use the cheapest last mile delivery service possible (GOFO). Item was in the U.S. on 12/20. Apparently first attempt to deliver (to an address that has no issues with USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL) failed. And it's been sitting due to "weather delays" since. Going on 3.5 weeks that the last mile delivery service has had the item. At some point I will contact my credit card company for a refund and Jewelri can fight with their pathetic last mile delivery service.
