I'm really disappointed. We bought our tickets Toronto to Seattle, but unfortunately they got canceled 24 hours prior to the flight. We were told, overbooked flight and it's the airline doing it. We had assigned seats as what I was told whenpurchasing...Never use this company if you want to reach your destination. Unfortunately, we are going to miss a wedding.

The site first give you a bate with a very good price offer. The site will request your credit card to book your flight and after giving them the details of your credit card they will send you and email that this offer is not available and they give you either double or triple the price you accepted ALL AFTER GETTING YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS

I have never seen the worst airline agency in my whole life! please do buy your ticket for "thejeseryflight.com" they are the worst!I would not recommend this travel agency. First is they have not setup the trip properly. Some places are not required in this trip. Anyways this is not the reason why they are bad. I am writing below points where this travel agency lacks 1. they are showing less price and after you purchase your ticket they will call you and bother you that they don't have the economy class. they will ask you to upgrade your ticket for more money. 2. they will blame you for their mistake or say your card is declined.
