Excelente servicio.

100% recomendable

I had booked a flight to go to Honolulu, Hawaii and Frank Martin was the agent that helped me he made it quick and easy for me to cancel my reservation because I couldn’t make it

Steve Wilson helped me get a refund! He was perfect! Give me a raise!

I'll be honest, waiting 24 hours before your flight to wait for your e-ticket is nerve wrecking. But there's a price to pay, even with the cheap deals. My return flight was never sent to me. So obviously I missed my flight. Can't fly with no confirmation. But once I got a hold of Frank Martin, problem solved. He got me on another flight to my destination. He actually listened to my frustrations and genuinely worked so I would be content. The other people I came across while trying to fix the issue, were so rude and unconcerned with my frustration. Frank Martin was such a king man. I'll definitely do business here again, but if only they were like him ! Ty Frank
