They are a scam! They refuse to refund and provide horrible service. Do not trust this company!

I booked 4 flights tickets and due to an unforeseen accident, I had to cancel my flight. Of course I accepted the flight credits to keep from losing my money. I was told I had 2 years to use the $1,585.45 credit. I rebooked exactly on month later and was told I would receive my boarding passes 24 hours before my scheduled flight. I didn’t received and was told each time I called to wait 2-3 hours and call back. The last person told me they didn’t even see where I was issued any boarding passes but assured me I would receive them. At 1:47 am, before my 9:55 am flight l, I received my boarding passes from the airline. When I got to the airport I wasn’t able to board, the desk rep told me my ticket had been cancelled due to the credit card that was used to book my flight had declined (the card was not my card but Jersey’s). I ended up having to purchase more tickets on top of what I had already spent. Of course I disputed the charges on my credit card and with PayPal’s and within a few hours, I indeed had my refund for the entire amount spent with Jersey. About 2:30 pm the same day, I received a call from Jersey asking me what happened, I told him he clearly knew what happened and not to call me again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, THEY ARE INDEED SCAMMERS

Ordered tickets April 8th. Received confirmation with notice that boarding passes will be delivered 24hrs before flight. Flight departs at 5:10am. Received boarding passes at 3:49am. 1 hour and 21 minutes before departure and after I ordered new tickets directly from airline. I called on 29th and they said they will be delivered in a few hours and didn’t. Reviews show as scam is why I ordered new tickets as I had to make it to my destination and they couldn’t assure me it wasn’t a scam. The scam is, they will wait till very last minute to send tickets hoping you cancel on your end then they pocket the money used for your “non refundable” tickets . Do not use! Thanks alot Frank Martin. Your direct phone line and email were useless when I called you.

Fraud . SCAMMERS

I showed up for my flight with American Airlines with my boarding passes. American Airlines did not have my itinerary. I was unable to fly out. Jersey Flights couldn't give me a reason why I was not on the flight. Jersey Flights was unable to accommodate me at all. They would not put me up for the night. I would have to be redirected on my flight and it was going to cost me over $300 to Uber home. I was scheduled to work the following day. I'm also losing out on a day pay. Jersey Flights made no accommodation for me. The only thing they did was reschedule my flight for the next day. I would not recommend them. I will never use them again.

This company is a fraud. I booked a flight with them and was told I would have my reservation 24 hours before the flight. I started calling them 24 hours ahead of the flight and they kept saying it was delayed but was coming . Finally they gave me a reservation number 14 hours before the flight. I was able to contact the airline website and reserve a wheelchair so I figured all was okay. I got to the airport and was told the ticket was NO GOOD and was denied boarding! DO NOT deal with this company!!! I cannot believe I was so gullible.

They scam you and steal your money—be careful, I don’t recommend them.
