UPDATES: The ITIN has been spamming me requesting I modify this review with the most up to date situation, so as per their request (and to hopefully not have to hear from them again) here it is: After I posted the review below I finally got a response from someone higher up in the company - and there was quite a few emails exchanged once again where i had to ask multiple times to just refund me and the 10th of September they said they would but it would take a couple days. The money never came through yet they kept asking me to change or delete this review. Then all of a sudden on the 29th of September (still no update or refund processed) I received an email saying my number was ready and they required payment.... So I had to reply once again to say they never refunded me and they made another mistake so they said but here is your number and have endlessly been asking me to change my review. Our email thread is over 64 emails 90% of which is my time being wasted by being ducked around. So as per The ITIN's request, here is my updated review that I did after a VERY painful experience and endless wasted time received my ITIN number document. Sadly, their insisting to change a review would make them a -5 starts in my opinion and I absolutely do not suggest working with this company as their lack of professionalism is astounding. ------------------------------ Was recommended to work with this company, however during the process policies changed (which I know is out of their hands), however the communication has been terrible and many silly errors made on documents and comms in general. I've requested a refund instead of continuing the process with the new required documents as i've lost faith in this company and now they're not replying to my emails and ducking the refund. I cannot recommend working with this company as it seems i've now donated $395 to them for absolutely nothing.

I ordered an ITIN with the expedite option which said it was guaranteed 6- 8 weeks, its now nearly 2 weeks past that with no update. I requested the expedite additional fee to be refunded and still zero response. I am very disappointed.

Poor service, initially they make a lot of promises to get your company registered, bank account opened and amazon account opened. And after company setup they were of not much help to get other things organised and instead focus on selling you other things like a sim card for $300 or VPS for $200. Avoid

DO NOT BOTHER - they will promise to set up your LLC and help with getting a bank account and Amazon account. The ITIN did manage to open an LLC almost after 3/4 months but they were not of any help to open a bank account or Amazon account, instead, they started upselling their other services that included a sim card for $300 or VPS service etc. I paid $680 all went to waste

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with the service from TheITIN. I expected professional, hands-on assistance with setting up essential aspects of my LLC, such as a US bank account, PayPal, and Stripe. Instead, I received nothing more than generic PDF guides and videos—things I could have easily found on YouTube. They claim the service is "complete," but how can it be when my business lacks fundamental elements to actually operate? Their lack of follow-through and refusal to assist with critical tasks left me scrambling to figure things out on my own. For a company claiming to specialize in these setups, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend TheITIN to anyone who values reliable, comprehensive support.

They charged from me 160 $ for annual report For my company LLC located in Virginia But when I reach Virginia government they told me the no annual report needed for Virginia government and I should only pay 50 $ per year for annual registration fees When I returned to them they refused to send to me payment receipt from Virginia government ( because of course no Anuual report required for my company type ) Take care from them

Before I applied for ITIN, I had asked you precisely, after I get the ITIN can I open a US bank account, without any further expenses or other documents needed, you said 'Yes', no need for other documents, I see this as 'Fraud', and 'Scam', because after I paid the money and got the ITIN documents which I will validate with US authorities, you send me this email that I need further documents/website,...etc to open a US bank, you haven't being honest with me, and this act is presented as 'Fraud'.
