Gopod customer service, but my "new" skates were clearly used, with wear on the wheels.
Positive: Good prices and selection, excellent communication when an item I ordered was out of stock, quick shipping. Negative: Allowed me to order an item that was then said to be out of stock, skates arrived used, with clear wear on the wheels. Edit: Replaced used skates with brand new ones and sent pre-paid return label for the used skates.
