First I love the cause, I am a combat veteran and a LEO Deputy Sheriff, I have chosen service my entire life. The pieces are amazing looking, I have bought numerous bracelets and a few necklaces. However to be honest, I have not ordered any in a while because all but one of the bracelets I have bought are broken or lost. I love the concept of the magnetic clasp. However the magnets either fall out or loose their strength. The other issue is the bracelets with leather or cords the glue gives out and pulls out of the clasp. Lastly I had a beaded bracelet Morse Code which was my MOS in the Army O5H. The beads were on a piece of string, and it broke. I would pay more for better quality, that should not have been string, should have been wire that would of held up more then the 3 times I wore it. Again I would pay more for quality that last longer. Do you have magnets I can buy and replace the ones that fell out or failed. I have bought several bracelets from your company and some fit fine but some are too small and it seems impossible to buy links to increase the size. There is no uniformity or information on sizing before you buy. Some of them I can’t wear for this reason. Other than that I am happy with most of my purchases. Edit to my original as I have reached out to see about purchasing extra links and months later still no response. Terrible customer service.

The pins to remove links are all stuck I cannot remove them so I can get the bracelet to fit properly

The clasps on the bracelets are a pain to operate..especially when you can only use one hand to manipulate..or be some kind of contortionist.or have someone else help put it on..which kind'a negates the badas# image the bracelet is projecting..AND..could you call them something else?..bracelet is again kind'a wimpy..AND the Revenant's Wrath bracelet is way too big..so..unless I can find a way to resize it, I will give it away...AND..who and what Veterans' organizations do you give to? I am a Vietnam veteran and have heard nothing about anyone receiving any donations for support dogs or anything else? With all the fraud and deception happening now, everything is under scrutiny.

I see you’ve donated over $1 million to veteran causes. How much have you taken in? How much of every dollar goes to what you say it goes to? I keep asking that question…. I get nothing in return. Your jewelry is junk. Used to be great. I would tolerated it if I knew the answers to my questions. I’m sure I don’t speak for everybody, but?
