Many, many Veterans return home with serious trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that drastically changes their lives, with way too many taking their own lives battling this force alone. With no VA funding for service animals, many Veterans just cannot afford the cost of the trained dogs that they need.It is our way of fighting for our Heroes here at home. To date, we have raised over $1,500,000 dollars and will continue as we march towards our goal of $10 Million raised for Veterans in need.Buying from The Hero Company isn't a small act - it is intentionally being a Hero for our Heroes who need our help now. Absolutely love Hero and all the great Patriot products from tee shirts to jewelry and especially helping my brother veterans out with companionship of beautiful dogs. Communication is key for me, not only is the quality of the merchandise top tier, the cause makes the purchase much more meaningful. Whenever there's a question or inquiry, the HERO staff go above and beyond communicating with the consumer to maintain 💯 customer satisfaction.

Aside from the products being top notch, their customer service is just as good. I saw some folks in here complaining about their customer service but it looks like they've tightened it up. I had some issues with my order and Valerie was extremely prompt and helpful with all my needs. Will definitely buy and recommend!

Ordered the Never Retreat Alpha Wolf bracelet from them and it shipped out next day got it in about 3 days and fit perfectly nice quality on it and easy to put on myself came in nice little pouch all well packaged no issues at all with them may order another bracelet or necklace come soon thank you for what you all do!

I ordered two different bracelets and they are both great quality. One of them had an expandable string of beads that I couldn't use because it was too tight. Contacted customer service and had a response within a day. They offered to return the product and offered me a store credit. I asked for the store credit for whatever they thought was fair as part of the bracelet is great. They gave me a credit for the entire cost of the product. That just doesn't happen. So very impressed. I'm going to use the credit and buy another one as well as their mission is near and dear to my heart. Can't really recommend this company more highly.

Love the jewelry the Hero Company has and that a portion of all sales go to helping Veterans get service dogs! I have the dont tread on me ring and the hero bracelet (sorry but I had to replace the bracelet but kept the Hero clasp) but still love it.. I did have to exchange the ring for a larger size and they let me keep the one that was too small, which I have donated to a great person that's involved with law enforcement.
