We want to be clear that this review is not an accurate reflection of our affiliate program. The account tied to this post was removed after violating our affiliate terms, including attempts to disguise location and running unauthorized Google Ads on our brand. The Hero Company has a long record of paying legitimate affiliates promptly and reliably. At the same time, we have to protect the program from fraudulent activity to ensure our honest partners are treated fairly. In this instance, commissions were denied because the activity went against our terms. Our commitment is, and always will be, to support genuine affiliates and maintain a program that is transparent, trustworthy, and beneficial to all who participate in good faith.

We take accusations like this very seriously. To clarify, this review does not reflect the truth of how our affiliate program operates. The individual who posted it was removed from our program after violating of our affiliate terms, including misrepresenting their location and running unauthorized Google Ads on our brand name. At The Hero Company, we take pride in paying our legitimate affiliates promptly and consistently, while also protecting our program from abuse so that honest partners are supported fairly. Unfortunately, in this case, commissions were denied because the activity was fraudulent. Our focus remains on supporting genuine affiliates and ensuring the program continues to be a fair and trustworthy opportunity for all.

Hi Tandi - First and foremost we sincerely apologize for this frustrating experience. We have received your message on Tuesday and did reply the same day asking for confirmation of your mailing address. I know it can be frustrating when email responses are not received. We would be more than happy to ship out a replacement order to you but do need to confirm your mailing address first to prevent this from happening again. We will connect with you directly. Thank you so much for your support of Veterans and for your husband's service.
