Avoid Heirloom Books – A Scam! I placed an order with Heirloom Books in early November 2024, and it's now February 2025, and I still haven't received my books. This company is a total scam! Every time I reach out to them for an update, they make excuses and give vague promises of "soon" or "we're experiencing delays," but it's clear they have no intention of fulfilling orders. I've tried contacting them multiple times via email, and each time, I get the same generic response. No tracking information, no apologies, and certainly no refund or resolution in sight. It's impossible to get a straight answer, and I feel completely scammed. If you're considering buying from them, DON’T. This is a fraudulent business that takes your money and doesn’t deliver. Save yourself the frustration and avoid.

My order was supposed to be delivered in time for Christmas which I placed on the 11th of December 2024. I sent follow-up emails requesting updates as I had initially been informed by the shipping tracking that my order would be with me on the 18th of December. However, it is now the 30th of January and my order has not arrived and I have lost my patience. While I had empathy for the busy Christmas period and did not necessarily expect it to be in time for Christmas Eve (despite being informed it would be) it is diabolical for Heirloom Books to not have reached out regarding my order. I received an email as recently as today asking me to review the product that I haven't even received, showing clear negligence to customer welfare as I have been informing you that my package has not even arrived. I am upset that what was intended to be a nice Christmas present has turned into having to fight for a refund, and I suppose I have this company to thank for it.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Never received my order. I contacted them several times and was told again and again that my order was being processed or shipped or on the way. Was emailed repeatedly after 2 months to review an order which never came. Absolute and total scam company.

Ordered on the 21st November and order still hasn’t arrived. This website is a scam and would avoid at all costs. I have contacted my credit card company for a refund and reported fraudulent activity from them.

Shipping was slow but reasonable as I ordered during the height of the holidays. Communication was good however and I received the books just in time to give to my folks. Great presentation and I'm excited to read them when my parents complete them.

Do not order from this company. They take your money and you never recieve it. When you outreach them they're non responsive. I had to dispute the transcript on my card. Praying I get my money back that way..

I placed an order on December 8, 2024 and am still yet to receive my order (Jan. 21, 2025). I have reached out numerous times via email (they have no phone number) and was told my order was shipped. The corresponding tracking number they gave went to a bogus website. Stay away from this scam company!

Absolutely 1000% scam !! Do not purchase anything from this joke of a scam company
