I finished with the program, and I want to encourage everyone to stay the course. I have learned so many life changing things. I started this program so I could keep up with my grandson. I had chronic constipation for 20 years. No medication that was prescribed ever helped me. I was able to tell the difference in the first 2 weeks. I have more energy, less joint pain, less abdominal pain and bloating, less headaches, and overall I just feel better. I am grateful for this program and for my practitioner Michelle Mejia and all the knowledge that was shown to me.

I've been in this program for 6 months and I have learned so much about the right foods to eat and what foods to stay away from. I have learned about how important it is to keep moving in many different ways and tools on how to have a good mindset. The more I learn from this program, the better it gets. It has been a great shift in my health in so many ways. God bless you Dr. Axe and Practicioners.

Great program, always there to help. Encouraging to keep going. Listening to individual needs. Encouraging me to keep going as results may come slower…. But they did come!

When I am able to engage with each month's topic - there are SO MANY amazing resources. All the teachings have great instructors on Zoom. Hope to be able to engage more fully in the program as I know it would be transformational in my wellness journey. More than a weight loss or health restoration program - the approach from multiple consideration - nutrition, movement, mindset, community, etc is what I have been seeking for a long time.

My gut is healing and along the way I lost some weight. My practitioner, Sherrie McHenry, was extremely helpful. The recipes were great and the access to live sessions with Dr. Axe, other practitioners and the ability to listen to the replays were very helpful. Doing the worksheets helped to keep me on track and also communicating on the groups FB page were motivating. It made me feel hopeful and not hopeless. I am staying.connected through the Concierge Service.

The Health Institute provided me with a huge amount of cutting-edge information that I will be absorbing and utilizing for many years. Besides the information, they provided me with ongoing emotional support in making numerous changes which have given me back so much energy and positive direction. with their support, I was able to quit cigarettes and return to a diet of mainly protein and vegetables which has helped me to feel energetic, and which reduced many chronic digestive and musculoskeletal issues that were interfering with my daily life. With the knowledge and support they gave, I was able to make changes which I had been unable to make alone. I have lost about 15 lbs., lowered my A1C, and stabilized my blood pressure. I went off a sleep medication that I depended upon for years. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Axe, and the staff of supportive and enthusiastic women who never tired of keeping me focused on the steps I was taking in the right direction and making sure that I was not judgmental with myself for any slips but taught me how to focus on making the next healthy decision. I truly sensed the sincere desire to be of service that all the staff exuded, and that reminded me of my own life path. From the bottom of my heart, I offer a sincere "Thank You" to all the staff at the Health Insitute!

I started my journey by doing g the sugar reset last summer although I've followed Dr. Axe for years. I was able to get rid of arthritis in my knee! Big win I continue to receive helpful info each week. I haven't plugged in as much as I should . But I'm now more engaged. I appreciate your staff's availability to us and I intend to take advantage of this service more. Thank you!
