The coaching portion was excellent. Mandy listened to my concerns and made helpful recommendations that allowed me to tweak my overall health habits and improve my well being. The supplements overall were beneficial and my energy improved over the four month program. My gut also improved and really have several take aways for future use. My sleep was better simply by having a small bedtime snack. Really good experience.

This program really helped me identify areas of my health where I had a lot of room to grow. I learned about how the body works and the best foods for me to move towards optimal health. A really great group of practitioners, excited people on the Facebook conversation, educational videos that help us to keep our smart goals in line with the program that we are on, has been instrumental in my life in a very positive way! I was on the gut health program, I had hoped in the beginning to relieve bloating, and to find some answers as to why my stomach was always in an upset, and today I am 10 pounds less, with no bloating, praise God! And I have formed so many good habits as well as a much better relationship with food. I have said all along that once my body started feeling better mental and spiritual came right along with it, we are whole beings and everything is connected!
