I presented weak, failing and desperate for healing. Attention was fostering hope and adherence was showing results that led me to trust the plan. Kind Christian guidance was incredibly refreshing after I had prayed so desperately and long.

While I have opted out of some layers of support and the blood labs, I have nevertheless benefitted very much by the core of the program that provides helpful supplements to address health concerns and by gaining a deeper understanding of how body, mind and emotion are all necessary to achieve one's health goals. Dr. Axe has a powerful testimony that is very encouraging; his weekly talks bring clarity to the complex topic about how our body works to digest food and the vital role our emotions play. When Dr. Axe emphasized the importance of chewing thoroughly, I brushed it off at first. But as time passed, I noticed that I WAS rushing through my meal, hardly chewing and almost choking it down! Then I realized that I rushed through my whole day and THAT is what created my stress and digestion issues. Bringing this bad habit into my awareness has allowed me to change my patterns. My digestion and stress have both improved. The program also provides useful handouts, recipes, zoom time with health coaches where questions get answered quickly, plus lists of brands and products that can be trusted.

I partnered with The Health Institute 2 months ago in hopes of improving my health to feel better, stay healthy and be my very best for myself and my family. I can tell you over this short time I have seen dramatic changes in the way I feel and I have lost about 12 lbs! The guidance I have received to help me make better food choices has been so helpful and informative. I truly believe what I am learning I can take with me when the program is over. This is the best I have felt in years and I am so thankful for Dr Axe and his staff!

The line of communication is always open. I feel this is critical when traveling on a "virtual" health journey. Podcasts, one-on-one Zoom calls, Facebook etc. make the process a little easier.

The wealth of information provided by The Health Institute is amazing! The recipes provided were huge assets in this life-changing experience. Initially, I was nervous that the recipes would not taste good and would lead to my husband not participating with me in the program, but nothing could be farther from the truth. We both enjoyed ALL the recipes and are thrilled about the vibrance and health benefits these new eating habits are bringing to our lives. Additionally, the recipes were not difficult so being in the kitchen became a joy. The supplements provided are top quality. Within a few days of beginning the program, I began to experience increased energy and better sleep. On days when I was feeling an afternoon slump, a treat made with the chocolate stem cell protein powder provided a delicious pick-me-up. There are many informative and educational videos provided in the program. The Masterclass videos were especially rich in content. A couple of examples are (1) learning how to align my body clock to help improve metabolic health, and (2) gaining a better understanding of autoimmune issues. Finally, I greatly appreciated having a designated coach for the duration of the program. Besides the scheduled zoom calls with my coach, being able to text her with any questions I might have was reassuring. Her responses were always timely and encouraging and conversations over zoom were delightful. I am amazed at how much more energy and vitality my husband and I both have after just 4 months on this program. The financial investment was not small but the dividends these lifestyle changes will bring are priceless. This is an excellent program!

I loved the program! It taught me how to eat the proper food for increased health and vitality. I have had a cough for over 30 years that none of my doctors could help and all tried to put me on various medications, which I don't do unless absolutely necessary. With this program, my cough is almost completely gone. Miraculous!!!! The meetings with the nutritionist were very personal and so very helpful. The weekly dashboard helped with motivation. This program covers everything - physical, emotional and most importantly spiritually. So happy with the results of taking care of myself. Love you guys!!!
