The whole process of this journey went extremely smooth. From the original survey to working with my practitioner. (Wendy) If we had a question about something we sent an email or text and got a response sometimes immediately or at least the same day. Wendy is amazing to work with. I feel 100% better than when I started. This program absolutely works if you are willing to put the work in and fight for your health. Only you can make it work. The praying, the exercise and the commitment. Thats all on you! The people at CHR are giving you the tools and the guidance. Use them and believe in yourself. Thank You CHR & Wendy.. I really appreciated the weekly guidance in the program through all the educational lessons and videos, and the specific steps they gave me to do were so helpful. I also appreciated the one on one coaching with a coach who was very encouraging and motivating, as she listened to my concerns and gave specific guidance all along the way.

On the program, I was able to reduce inflammation and have a bit more energy as my main goals. My puffiness & bloating has gone down tremendously. This program truly looks at helping the body heal itself in phases. I love the portal, it is very in depth! My NP, Koren, has guided me the entire journey. She listens! I’ll admit, the program is costly but they offer various methods of payment. There’s no price on your health. Healing far outweighs the cost.

I recently started this program, I am currently in the second phase . I’ve honestly been so impressed with how much better I feel. One of the biggest changes for me has been my energy. I feel more awake, more present, and just overall better throughout the day. Another huge improvement has been my digestion. I’ve struggled for a long time with not being able to go to the bathroom regularly, sometimes going weeks without any consistency. Since starting this program, I’m finally going every single day, which has made such a difference in how I feel physically. I’ve also noticed a big improvement in my brain fog. I feel clearer, more focused, and able to think better than before. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience so far and would definitely recommend this program to anyone dealing with similar issues!

The program is designed for success. Every thing I needed was made available to me. All my questions were answered in great detail. I learned that the process was more important than the progress. I was provided with the supplements that my body needed to improve. If you follow the plan, you will improve your health.

For me, this is a fairly simple process to follow. I'm a rather disciplined individual so if you give me a roadmap, I'm very happy. The support has been amazing. From the live calls, to the Facebook group, to my individual coach. I've gained a wealth of information from every avenue. I'm creating good habits to last a lifetime. I feel like the program has delivered on what it has promised. I feel better, my inflammation seems to have disappeared, I sleep amazing.

From start to finish, Dr. Ax and his team helped me clearly understand my blood work and the direction my health was heading. For me, having structure and support made all the difference. The Facebook group, teaching modules, and the initial cleansing phase with a guided elimination process were challenging, but necessary. What really helped me stay on track was having clear goals and regular check-ins with a nutritionist who helped me stay focused and accountable. That combination made a real impact—not only did I see results and lose 15 pounds, but I also gained the confidence to stick with it. I don’t think I would have been able to do this on my own, so I’m genuinely grateful for the program and the support throughout the process.

The coaching was absolutely superior. The coach that I had was very knowledgeable. My glucose level went from 107 down to 94 when my Doctor rechecked it and my fat stomach definitely got smaller. Overall I have more energy and I feel better than I have in years. The program itself sets you up for success for better metabolism and better health.
