I loved this program and can’t wait to repeat it again! I learned so much about myself going through this! I definitely recommend this to someone if they have an open mind and heart!

Hi Karen,
We were so encouraged to read about your experience and enthusiasm for the program.
What stood out most was your willingness to approach the journey with an open mind and a willingness to learn. We love hearing when participants discover new things about themselves and gain insights that continue to support them long after the program is complete.
It's wonderful to know that you found the experience valuable enough to want to revisit the material and continue building on what you've learned. One of our goals is to provide tools, education, and resources that participants can continue returning to as they progress on their wellness journey.
Thank you for your kind words, recommendation, and for taking the time to share your experience. We're honored to have been part of your journey and grateful to have you as part of The Health Institute community.
With respect,
The Health Institute Team

Worth it!
To experience the positive changes to your life overall, you must put in the work. Sachi has been a wonderful Practitioner for me- guiding me, educating me, encouraging me, and being my accountability to put in the work to get so many benefits back! More energy, clearing skin, less bloating in just 6 weeks. But I have to do the work. Each decision made towards better overall health is humbling and building self mastery for the long term in all areas of self. Thank you!

Not for the Faint of Heart
THI is a very detailed health experience. While it may seem overwhelming at first, there are more than enough resources to help you along, from recipes, to mindset work, to others walking the path with you, and very knowledgeable practitioners. I do believe that you have to mentally be in a place where you are finally ready to do something about your health. This is not an easy commitment. It is a financial and a mental commitment. It can be done, and done well, when one is ready.
I have so many more tools in my tool box now. Food is no longer my enemy. I am thankful to Dr. Axe and his team for all of the work they put into developing this program.

Very thankful for this experience
Very thankful for this experience. Before the program I was dealing with hormonal imbalances that included fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, painful periods, low-cortisol, acne, moody swings and more. I had tried eating healthy and staying active (for several years) but nothing seemed to fix it. I’ve always been active. My favorite things to do are hiking and biking but overtime is felt like doing those would wiped me out. I struggled to even make it through a work day.
I heard about this program through an Instagram ad and decided it was something I wanted to try.
This program has taught me so much. A key take away was learning to slow down in order to create a safe space for my body to heal. Turns out my body was giving me all the signs of burnout but instead I was convinced I just needed to try harder. It was hard at first to slow down but I decided to trust the processes and I’m so thankful I did. I’m finally back to doing the things I love and I couldn’t be more excited about that! My energy levels are higher than they have been in years. I sleep through the night and actually wake up feeling rested. My mind is clear and functioning so much better. I’m thankful for the resources provided through the program. I’ve really been enjoying the recipes provided. This was the full body reset that I needed.

My Story...honor God & seek the right counselors!
Today is my graduation day from The Health Institute’s Cellular Health Regenerator Program and I am so thankful for this program. I would like to share a bit of my journey in hopes that it might inspire others who are seeking help on their journey.
This program has been a real answer to prayer for me. I have been seeking true freedom from a lifetime of struggle with my weight and have taken some very extreme measures to lose weight…many have been successful as I have lost over 100 lbs. twice, but that success was only for a time! I truly believe God allowed me to regain most of what I had previously lost so that my freedom and testimony would be attributed to Him. Proverbs 11:14 says "Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety". I had been seeking counsel from the wrong sources and then God led me to Dr. Josh Axe and The Health Institute.
Last September, I found Dr. Josh Axe being interviewed on TBN about the release of his new book, the BiblioDiet (co-authored by Jordan Rubin). Not only did Dr. Axe explain that the Bible gives us instruction on what to do for a healthy body, he also explained the science behind it. Everything I had ever tried focused on telling me WHAT to do, yet none seem to answer the question of WHY they were telling me to do it. I was immediately impressed that Dr. Axe was explaining the WHY! I believe this is important because understanding will enable me to make wise decisions for the rest of my life. I started following him on social media and learned about the Health Institute. While weight loss was a primary catalyst for me, ultimately, I wanted to be healthy and to honor God with my body. I learned that no matter what I did, cellular health was critical to any type of long-term success. After prayer and what I believe to be a divine orchestration of events, I started the Cellular Health Regenerator program offered by the Health Institute. It has truly been amazing and my Nutrition Practitioner, Beth D. is the best!!! Beth has been a wonderful source of information; she always answered my questions and explained the WHY behind all recommendations. She provided guidance and paid attention to my unique health issues by doing research before giving counsel. Beth has been a great encourager and source of strength…a real partner to guide me on this journey, a true blessing who exceeded my expectations! All the resources, education, and community provided by the program has definitely been worth the investment to me!!!
I thought you might also want to know that I have had numerous health “wins” during this program, many I never had attributed to what I put in my body. To name just a few; I haven’t had an IBS-D (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) attack since I started, my skin is less dry and is smoother, the tingling and numbness in my hands has almost completely stopped, no more bloating, no more cravings and YES…I have lost weight, 46 pounds to be exact.
One of the most surprising things was how easy it was, I never expected going gluten free, dairy free and sugar free would be easy, because I love them all! Matthew 11:30 says “For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” I have found this to be true …trusting God, seeking to honor Him, while partnering with the multitude of counselors at The Health Institute has been a true blessing! This program is so different than anything else I have ever done…I am now armed with the information, tools, and wisdom necessary for a lifetime. I can’t wait to see where the rest of my journey takes me…it is only the beginning!
I give God the glory for my success and thank Him for bringing Dr. Axe, The Health Institute Program, Beth D. and the entire team into my life. We all need help and no doubt your journey will be different than mine...I hope by my story inspires you to step out in faith and begin!

From day one this experience has been…
From day one this experience has been very informative and educational for me. I learned that what you put into your body is so important for life and longevity. I’m so happy I completely changed my patterns and ways when it comes to my health. My NP Samantha has been so wonderful and is so knowledgeable when it comes to health and nutrition. She was able to give me tons of tips and tricks that just elevated my health even more. I can’t wait to continue on this journey for the rest of my life.

From Skeptical to Satisfied
The Health Institute provided a path forward when I was truly at a crossroads with my physical and emotional health. My original goal was to simply do the bloodwork and get an idea of where I was at, but then I realized that I really did need help addressing the areas of concern regarding my health. I needed someone to tell me what to do and to be honest with me. From the education on food and supplements, to regular meetings with my practitioner, the last four months have been more than I expected. I was challenged to push myself, but at the same time be gracious with myself as I realized that I didn’t get to this place physically and emotionally in a short period of time. I was regularly reminded of why I was making these changes, and encouraged to do the hard work because of those things. It is true: you get out of this program what you put in to it. You have to take time to learn, to implement what is suggested, and you MUST have patience with the process. They don’t just say that, it is true! I am so grateful for the content in each phase of the program, the caring and knowledgeable practitioners, and a health approach that digs to reach the root of the issue, not just the surface symptoms. If you’re ready to commit to becoming healthy from the inside out, this program just may be for you!

The personal compassion and care from…
The personal compassion and care from my practitioner was exceptional! It was if she was hand picked just for me!
The one thing I think would make the experience more complete, is to have after going through the protocol, to have another set of blood work done, to truly compare the before and after of my health concerns. I feel like the nutrition-q survey is just based off answers to questions, and would not be as reliable.
