This program has truly taught me to put me first (outside of God). My mind, my body, and my spirit. It was an adjustment trying to regulate my eating, going from not eating breakfast everyday or skipping lunch to eating three full meals per day. The mindset activities has truly been a blessing allowing me to dig deep and be brutally honest with myself, my habits, and my thoughts. I’ve learned that striving for perfection is not key. It’s consistency. Arielle my practitioner has been great. The one on one time truly helps one to stay on track. She celebrates my wins and encourages what I believe are my downfalls (but after talking with her I would see that downfall as not so bad or a keep going moment. And as I near the end of this program it’s definitely not over. No one should take all of this good teaching, the calls, the Dr Axe and others videos and go back to their old habits. Especially knowing now that the regeneration of cells is the regeneration of you. #LongLife

From the live coaching calls, to the one on one Zoom meetings with my nutritional practitioner, to the encouragement from the private facebook group. The Health Institute has a comprehensive program to help with gut issues, type II diabetes and more. The counselors are very good in guiding you along. There is a Facebook page to follow and ask questions when you need help and you can also contact your counselor directly between appointment calls. There is also online realtime question and answer sessions to join and interact with the doctors, these are also taped and can be watched later. I'm very happy that my husband and I are participating in the program and working on our health goals. We have made great progress since we started.

I like the bloodwork panel they use. It looks at things that a regular blood panel does not. This way you know exactly what areas you need work on. You get personalized treatment with a practitioner who works one on one with you to help you reach your goals. They quickly answer any questions I have. I would recommend this program to anyone wanting to improve their health.
