You wll spend money on your health one way or another...
I came to the program to learn more about my body but mainly to be held accountable in the things I was learning. Although I have some knowledge in natural health, cellular level health was new to me. It made perfect sense to understand why my body was not responding to the supplements I was already taking. I had a better understanding of what it meant to heal from the inside out on a cellular level. I do believe the program is a bit costly. However, we will spend money on our health either in a positive way or a negative one. This means either fighting sickness or preventing it to the best of your ability. I chose the positive one. I will take all that I learned and build upon it. It does not stop here.

Hi Holly,
We were grateful to read about your thoughtful perspective and experience with the program.
What stood out most was your commitment to continuing to build on what you've learned rather than viewing the program as a finish line. We love hearing when participants gain a deeper understanding of their health and leave feeling equipped with knowledge and tools they can continue applying for years to come.

Very grateful, but still honest review
My personal coach was amazing and I am beyond thankful to have gotten her! She was great at meeting me where I was at, and was a wonderful support for me throughout the program. She was always encouraging and provided me with the information I was in search of.
Initially what drew me in, and what I found to be most beneficial, was that that program and supplements are tailored to your specific health needs. Although I really appreciated that aspect, it also pains me to say I don’t agree with how much the program itself costs — especially for someone who’s already done a lot of their own research. I really wanted to see this as an investment in my health, but now that I’m at the end of the program I’m still having a hard time justifying the cost of it all.

Hi Keri,
Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback.
We're delighted to hear that your practitioner was such a positive part of your experience. Having someone who can meet you where you are, provide encouragement, answer questions, and offer personalized guidance is an important part of the program, and we're grateful to hear that you felt supported throughout your journey.
We also appreciate your honesty regarding the investment. We understand that perceptions of value can vary, particularly for individuals who have already spent significant time researching health, nutrition, and wellness on their own. Thank you for sharing that perspective.
We're encouraged to hear that the personalized approach was one of the aspects you found most beneficial. Our goal is to provide participants with individualized support, education, resources, and guidance that help them better understand and address their unique health needs.
Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for allowing us to be part of your health journey. We truly appreciate your feedback and are grateful to have had the opportunity to support you.

Followed 100% but not heals 100%
Have followed 100 percent, however have not been able to lose the menopause weight. Still my body remains to be a mystery to me after age of 50. Program helped me to speed up my metabolism that had slowed after doing one meal a day for 2 years. Now I eat 2-3 meals and don’t gain but still no weight loss after six months! Also, my cysts are gone and cholesterol lowered a bit but thyroid still have not healed. I have used foods that supports my thyroid everyday. I feel the value is very high for the program and not seeing full results.

Health Reset!!
This program is very thorough & helps to reset your body to optimal function. The info & practitioners help is invaluable. You must be willing to change your eating & thinking to make this a successful venture. I would recommend it for those that need that reset for your health.

I was looking for help that was different than what I was getting from traditional doctors.
I was looking for any kind of help that was different than what I was getting from traditional doctors. I didn't feel like I was healthy, even though I felt like I was conscientious about being healthy. After seeing and discussing my blood test results with my practitioner, I realized that I was anything but healthy. I truly believe that God intervened in my life as two days after starting the program, I lost my job unexpectedly. While somewhat traumatic, it was a blessing in disguise as I was able to fully engulf myself in my health and wellness. Type II diabetes, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, taking way too many prescriptions. I had already started working with a nutritionist and was seeing some results with inflammation and realized how important food is to a person's health. I am on my last day and will be speaking with my practitioner for the last time tomorrow. Learning about all the powerful tools we have at our fingertips, was so educating. Also, the resources provided helped make it easy to understand how and why things work, so it was easy to follow. I have been successful in my journey, and feel like most everyone who really wants to experience change, will get the change they are looking for. It takes time, but the results are so worth it! I lost weight without meaning to, i have more energy than I have had in years, I was able to lose bad habits that were undermining my goals and efforts (alcohol and diet pop!). I didn't think it would happen, I was scared because I had carried these habits for so many years. With lots of prayer, God's love, mercy and understanding and this program, I am a completely different person than I was just 4 or 5 months ago. It was completely worth every penny - I will stay steadfast in this journey (which I haven't been very good at in the past) not only because of the financial commitment, but because this has been a lifestyle change that God has led me to so I can enjoy the remainder of my time on this earth and enjoy my family! I just looked at my Vision and Identity Shift worksheet from Week Three - first sentence, "So proud of you for staying the course! You are feeling strong and healthy each day. So proud and happy that you were able to walk away from alcohol and soda! Sleeping much better, good job! Not only for doing the health journey but for really listening to God and knowing what had to happen!

Hi Hilary,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your story. Reading your experience was incredibly meaningful and encouraging.
We can only imagine how overwhelming it must have felt to be navigating multiple health concerns while still feeling like you were doing your best to take care of yourself. It’s inspiring to hear how committed you were to finding a different path and how much you learned about your health throughout the process.
We were especially moved by your perspective on the timing of everything. While losing your job unexpectedly was undoubtedly difficult, it’s powerful to hear how you used that season to focus on your health and invest in yourself in a way that may not have otherwise been possible.
It’s also wonderful to hear how much value you found in the educational resources and practitioner support. Our goal is always to help individuals better understand their bodies and provide practical tools that feel approachable and sustainable, so it means a lot to hear that the information helped things make sense and felt easy to apply in everyday life.
We especially loved reading about the progress you've made. Not only the increased energy and lifestyle changes, but also the confidence that comes from doing things you once weren't sure were possible. Walking away from habits that had been part of your life for years takes courage, commitment, and consistency, and it's clear you've put in an incredible amount of work.
The part of your review that truly touched us was your reflection on the Vision and Identity Shift worksheet. Looking back and seeing those words reflected in your experience today is incredibly powerful. The changes you described didn't happen overnight, and it’s clear how much dedication, faith, and perseverance you brought to this journey.
Thank you again for sharing your experience, your faith, and your encouragement with our community. We’re so grateful you chose to trust The Health Institute to be part of this chapter of your journey, and we wish you all the best as you continue building on everything you've accomplished.

interesting program!
This was a really interesting program. There was a lot of content, which was great. I love that there were live office hours during the week as well to check in on any issues that was helpful. I wish I had the time to do some of the deep dive topic calls but they were during work hours. I would say the only expectation I had was that for the program fee, there would be a lot more one to one coaching and personal mindset coaching. It was actually much more self-guided with check ins along the way but not focused on one to one time. Also the social media communities were a big push- I’m not a social media person by design so it wasn’t really a part of my experience so I can’t comment on them.

Hi Lauren,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and thoughtful feedback.
We're so glad to hear that you found the program educational and enjoyed the depth of the content. It's also wonderful to hear that the live office hours were helpful and provided an opportunity to get questions answered and receive support along the way.
We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the balance between self-guided learning and one-on-one support. Individuals come into the program with different expectations, and feedback like yours helps us better understand how participants experience the structure of the program and where they would like to see additional support.
We also understand that not everyone prefers to engage through social media communities, and we appreciate you sharing that perspective as well. While many participants find value in those connections, we recognize that everyone learns and engages differently.
Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for being part of The Health Institute community. We're grateful you chose to spend part of your health journey with us and appreciate you sharing both what you enjoyed and where you saw opportunities for improvement.

This program has a lot of good…information
This program has a lot of good features. There is so much information it is hard to take it all in. The practioner zoom calls were the most beneficial.
It would be great to have an assigned group of people going thru the program together so you might get a chance to know them and be able to lean on the group as well.
Response from The Health Institute With Dr. Josh AxeJun 1, 2026
Hi Aine,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We're so glad to hear that you found value in the program and especially in your practitioner calls. We love hearing when those one-on-one conversations help participants better understand the information and feel supported throughout their journey.
We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about creating smaller groups that move through the program together. Building connections with others who are navigating similar challenges and goals can be incredibly encouraging, and we appreciate you sharing that perspective.
Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of The Health Institute community. We're grateful you took the time to share both what you found most helpful and an idea that could make the experience even better for others.
