Major A1C improvement -Hope is Renewed
Two months in to the program my A1C went from 9.8 to 7.7 - in two months! I am thrilled. I have not been a pure and perfect patient. My willpower and resolve have been imperfect. But I do take the supplements and shake/smoothie powder daily. I have cut out diet sodas and sweet tea. I’m still working on drinking more water and I need to eat more vegetables, but I am ecstatic about how health is improving. I have complex health issues: type 2 diabetes, heart attack survivor, total colectomy, hyper-coagulating genetic blood factor, fused spinal vertebrae, tarsal tunnel in one foot and arthritis and severe flatfoot in both feet. I’m a physical wreck but Dr Axe’s program is helping me make corrections I never thought possible.
