I had the initial consult with Lauren Larsen. Anyone else work with her and she ghosted you? Due to a couple of personal things going on in my life, I asked for a delayed start to set myself up for success. It’s a lot of money to pay and I felt like I needed these things to calm down before jumping into a program. In addition I explained to Lauren that my primary concern is related to heavy metal toxicity and wanted more info from her how this program has been successful treating people with the same issue. I reached out to her twice by email. No response. I really want to believe that the program is great. It makes sense but why does it feel like a scam? I’ve not yet committed.

My husband received the blood analysis kit after we paid a $97.00 fee for a cellular bloodwork review. We submitted the kit for analysis and scheduled a zoom meeting for results. We received plenty of reminders and updates regarding the zoom meeting. On the morning of the consult, we logged onto the meeting link with plenty of time to spare. The zoom link notified us that the meeting hadn’t yet started and we were waiting for the host to join. That is all that happened for 45 minutes. I took a screenshot of our presence on the call and the message displayed on the screen. I did receive a text message asking if we were having difficulties and I responded that we were. After that message I never heard anything else regarding our failed call. I have called the number that is available for the health institute and left 3 different messages-the auto recording said I would hear back from someone within 72 hours. That has never happened. I have tried texting through the original link. No response. Email. No response. We are very disappointed and although we know the Health Institute cannot be responsible for issues on Zoom-we would, at minimum, like to know the results of the cellular bloodwork. It has been 2 weeks and no follow up regarding this issue which is frustrating. It should be easier to contact an actual person at the Health Institute and when you pay for a service you hope to have access to direct customer service. Thank you

My wife was scammed this very day. Send me 8 grand and I’ll tell you to eat better and exercise, oh and by the the way here’s a bunch more money you have to spend on the other stuff I sell to make it work and you gotta pay now now now now. That’s how you know it’s a scam! Any reputable place will encourage you to take a few days to think about spending 8000 on something that might work. Talking someone s spouse who doesn’t have a job and is on disability into taking out an $8000 loan is unconscionable. Ashamed is a word I am sure they are not familiar with. If they don’t return her money today I am filing a police report for taking advantage of someone that is literally legitimately on disability. Remember anyone really trying to to help you does not ever pressure you into a loan for your healths sake! EVER!

Don’t waste your money! $29 for nothing except a hard sell for a $7,500 four month program with no access to Dr. Axe. He should be ashamed of the scare tactics and strong arming done by “health” coaches aka trained manipulators.

I signed up last week. I called back to cancel 2 hours after I signed up and I'm getting the run around. I have emailed to cancel and I'm being told it is a process and we have to speak to you over the phone. I was told I could cancel at anytime but it looks to be untrue.

I did the blood work kit offered by the Dr. Axe show - it’s supposed to be a comprehensive look at your health. I sent in my blood work and scheduled my phone consultation appointment. I receive an email message 3 weeks before my appointment stating that they had the results and would go over them during my appointment. My appointment was yesterday. A technician can on the zoom meeting and told me they did not have the results. He said I would have to reschedule. When I received the link to make a new appointment, nothing was available until the middle of the next month. When I tried to call and speak to a real person, the phone number listed for Dr. Axe is not in service. I tried responding to the email, but did not get a response. This is not a reputable business.

Same experience as others, paid $27 to take an assessment and get a 1 hour call with a coach to talk about my results. It is a sales pitch. They don’t tell you the price until you say yes and have you all convinced. Then they tell you that you have to decide to pay now, no waiting a few days to think it over. You can use a credit card or debit card (for $8,000!) or do an online loan through their company. They send out the product the next business day so that they can send you things you can’t return at all. The videos tell you to ignore the negative people that tell you you’re an idiot for falling for a scam and videos of Dr. Axe telling you to eat less processed foods and more protein. Duh, tell me something I don’t know. If this company sent meals for the 4 months, then the 8 grand might be worth it. Definitely not if I have to throw away my whole kitchen and start over. I don’t want to take supplements that no one else seems to be able to tolerate. If this has helped someone, great, but I am no longer your fool.

I joined this program because I always watch Dr Axe on you tube and trusted him because he is a Christian and so am I. From the beginning I told them I have done carnivore and keto for six years. After looking at Phase 1 Cellular Health Regenerator I realized this is not going to help me since I’m already doing it. They should have recommended me to a Functional doctor. I felt sick to my stomach and couldn’t sleep knowing spending 7,997.00 for 4 months. I sent texts and emails to cancel. They kept trying to schedule another meeting. I kept refusing and just said cancel. After I canceled I received an email saying your order (supplements) has been processed for shipment and will be shipped to you. They could have cancelled that order. It’s just not right! The last conversation I was told it’s not just the diet, your cells are starving it’s the combination of the supplements that we give you. I want to tell every one beware!
