Ally, my coach, was encouraging, positive, and a great listener. The products are outstanding ... I intend to keep several of them in my pantry forever, namely Live120, the MitoMultiply, and the Stem Cell Protein. I've tried many supplements from many companies, but these three made a tangible difference in the way I addressed my day. They're great. Speaking only for myself, I don't do well with live portals. I know that many others do, but for me, I'd rather replace screen time with print-outs that I can study and follow on my terms and my schedule. A well-crafted, down-loadable printed manual/guide for the program would be a boon for those of us who grew up actually reading and studying. Yes, I'm a boomer, but there ya go. For the price of 7K, I think this could be done. Dr. Axe's team is well-informed and truly dedicated to helping us all maintain the health that we're supposed to enjoy. After 4 months on this program and adding Haka Life's GLX3, I feel better than I have in over a year. THANK YOU!

Overall, this was a great experience. The amount of new nutritional/lifestyle information learned was HUGE! The support channels were fantastic! My practitioner was super supportive, responsive and informative. I just wish there could be a little more time with the practitioner to further fine-tune and personalize my path as my individual body reacted and progressed.

I knew going into this it’d be challenging. But after 30+ years of self diagnosis, I also knew I was ready, & tired! I’m retired, living solely on a lean SS check. So for me, this was a bit more of a financial investment than I expected. That being said, I sensed God truly HAD led me here. So I trusted Him on this journey, & on September 12, 2025, I met my coach, Madeleine. I don’t mean to sound cliché, but it really was as though I had known her forever. Instant bond! She was truly, a beautiful gem…full of compassion & encouragement; always challenging, but never pushing. For me, the entire program was a “getting-back-to-basics” body reset, kind of like BEFORE fast foods were “born.” I found myself getting creative w/my menus, & challenged myself to try foods, (pomegranates) I had never eaten before! Yum! The focus was on nutrient dense foods being my body’s medicine, which was in line w/what God’s Word outlines. The program was well designed in slowly preparing me for each phase…kind of like, you have to crawl before you walk, & walk before you run. I’m not going to say it was a rose garden. It WAS hard work; a dedicated commitment! But, around the beginning to middle of phrase 3, I begin to notice more energy, deeper sleep, less tension in my muscles, & better cognitive function, which further motivated me! It was like, basic training for my body, & at 71, it was one heck of a physical, mental, & spiritual workout! But worth it! I’m grateful for Dr Axe, Madeleine, & the entire team of people who’ve worked & researched to make this program available! May God richly bless every participant w/robust health all the days of their lives! And remember….”You'll never chart new oceans, if you’re afraid to lose sight of the shore.” ☺️

I learned a lot during and even more now, after completion. It took me beyond healthy eating. I am now more attuned to what my body is telling me, if I pay attention to it. Dr Axe approach has opened my eyes to what else I can do to support my body as I age, which is important since I am 75 years old and have beaten cancer three times, including my most recent bout with stage 3 ovarian cancer. I joined because I wanted to clean out and repair the damage caused by going thru 6 rounds of chemo therapy. My oncologist said there was a 90% chance of the cancer returning and she wanted to put me on IMUNOTHERAPY. My numbers looked good so I said no for now. I wanted to give this life style and my body a chance to continue to heal itself. 3 months later MY test results came back. I am cancer free, NO signs of any mestastic disease in either my body or blood. I haven't felt this well in a VERY long time. it has been a year and my numbers are still good and I still feel amazing and chemical free. Thank You Dr. Axe and your amazing team for giving me my life back! Your expertise in the naturalpathic medicine is amazing. You walking us through each phase of healing was so helpful. Taking us beyond healthy eating to showing us how to heal. Going back thru some of your video clips, now that I am done with the formal part of the program, I'm growing even more. understanding at a deeper level. Is it expensive, yes, but how much are you spending on other MD visits? It is worth the money, if you use all the resource available to you. Practioners, video call videos, chats, coaches, etc. to mention just a few.

I've changed my eating habits for the better, many foods I would eat were poor choices and I feel that by listening and putting to practice Dr. Axe’s directives has helped me to overcome the desire for foods that are unhealthy. I’m more concerned about my overall health and purpose. I’ve lost 17 pounds. I no I still have work to do especially with my thyroid issue and cholesterol issue. there were certainly highs and lows in my daily schedule, which at times made it difficult to nourish my body with all of food volume I probably needed. I need to drink more water and with the cold winter months I need to exercise more indoors. Because I didn’t join the full program I didn’t feel like I got the full benefit of support with individualized sessions. It was just a little too expensive for me to do the full program. My husband also did the program with me and had equal really good success. He will be seeing his cardiologist next month with hopes of stopping his blood pressure medication or at least working towards that.

Program is easy to follow when you are motivated and want to/know you need to improve your health. There is so much guidance and support, whether it be in terms of the weekly calls, facebook support group, or your practitioner. My practitioner Alice Fabian was so great. Always there with information, guidance and realistic points of view. For me the program was successful, but you have to want to change. You can't come in to this thinking they will fix you. It's hard work. They will give you all the tools and knowledge but it's up to you. But trust me when I say if you follow thru, you will improve your health and your life. The only downside to this program is the cost. It is very expensive and unfortunately limits the people that could participate.

Having a personal nutritionist to work with was extremely helpful for me. The mindset and motivation zoom call was probably my favorite of all the zoom calls. I really needed a mindset shift and it made a big difference for me. My nutritionist always got back to me quickly when I reached out to her. It was helpful for me to receive the supplements every month, and I was very pleased with the quality. It would have been nice to have my nutritionist reach out to me occasionally to ask how I was doing. But I understand there are many students. My biggest problem was that I'm technologically challenged, so that was a bit difficult for me. However, if I was brave enough to reach out, I managed to learn enough to get me through it. Over all it was a positive experience, and I learned a lot. I definitely experienced spiritual growth as well. Remember, you get out of it, what you put into it.

I’ve recently started Phase 1 and within the first week I felt a difference in body aches and joint aches. I started using the recipes provided on the portal while waiting for my supplements and already lost 7 lbs! My practitioner, Madeline, is wonderful! She answers all my questions with practical advice and is so encouraging. This is just the push and tips I needed to start healing.
