Ordered the striped shirt with pockets. Took awhile to get here and the tracking was not helpful. The bottom of the pockets hang below the bottom of the shirt. Emailed along with pictures and was informed that the size was correct so no refund or exchange. Was told to give it away as a gift! Should I just cut off the pockets??

UPDATE--my latest email from "Happy Winds" is informing me the highest refund they can offer me is $4 ($38.20 was paid), but I can keep the shirt that is way too large. I think the "Happy" part of the company name should be changed to "Unhappy" or very dissatisfied. I ordered the blue stripped shirt. I followed instructions on the sizing measurements. It took several weeks for it to arrive. When it arrived, it was huge. I ordered a medium. At best I think it would need to be an XS. I asked for a refund because of the time element involved with an exchange. My purchase was $38.20 US dollars. I sent all requested documentation and received an email response that after checking the order, the shirt I received was the one I ordered--no consideration of the fact the measurements given in the website was wrong, I was told to give the shirt to someone and Happy Winds would offer me a $2 US dollar refund. I responded immediately that I was insulted at the offer and I want my $38.30 refund. I have received no response. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this website

Order #4453S258691 "Buy 2 get one free" Bras I sent two messages trying to cancel this order; no response to either one. Finally arrived today; they don't fit and no info for return. $45 is too much for these and I want to return.

Purchased a bra from this company and I would NOT recommend. Sizing must not be accurate. I have tried to give it chance 4 times now and it is not working out. After reading other reviews, I will not be spending more money to return it. I will likely either throw it away or give to someone who can use it. Would have been better off with nothing at all.

I too have had NO Response from this company on the 4 emails I have sent to them regarding the requested return of 3 swimsuits that I purchased.....according to their sizing chart I ordered the correct size for my body (in fact I even sized up one size) and the all the items were too small.... Also one swimsuit came in the package and DID NOT have a panty liner in the bottom....I did NOT even try it on due to this factor....looked possibly like a previously returned item and re-shipped out! I requested a refund of all items due to this and no response what so ever....avoid this company!!!!

I would give a zero if I could. Despite publishing online that they provide refunds, they really do not. They asked if I could donate the item I bought and when I declined that they offered a $2 refund for a $38 item!! Upon further complaint they offered only a $4 refund and stated they could not go any higher than that. Their sizing guides are not accurate which is the reason for my return. So essentially they are refusing to refund me despite stating clearly online that they do allow refunds!! Shipping for refunds is to China as well - not the US and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. They are thieves!! Don't fall for their gimmicks, not even if it's an item that looks very desirable to have. You won't get your money back from them if you need to return. You'd be better to flush your money down the toilet!!

Just as I thought. Really hoped it was going to be a great purchase. Reread the reviews and noticed majority are men.

Do not purchase anything from this place tge size is not accurate and they overcharged me. I immediately notified them to cancel the order they refused to cancel order they refunded my overage but refused to cancel the order they sent the item after several request to cancel they to ship it back I had to pay an absorbent cost to ship it back. They are a scam. The online shipping shows I’m in United States but it is not its in China.
