Terrible service! Complete incompetents.
Terrible service. I ordered three toys, they shipped each toy in a separate order!!! And after three weeks they have not yet arrived. One package is coming by UPS, one is coming by dhl courrier. And dhl courrier says that they attempted delivery, which is an obvious lie, because we were home all- day and we live in a house, no appartment, just one door. All delivery drivers just leave the packages at the door. The customer service staff can’t even tell me where the packages are. The third toy hasn’t even shipped it seems after three weeks! They don’t know. They claim that they were somehow surprised by christmas, a holiday that arrives on the same day every year surprised them!? Complete incompetents and none of these gifts will arrive before Christmas as promised.
