The Grumpy OctopusReviews of thegrumpyoctopus.com

Honestly saying, cannot be happier with the product and service. Customer service deserves 5 stars for doing a great job. Delivery time was but of pain as it stuck at the same hub for more than 15 days no wonder why, if this area could be looked after please. But you’re amazing overall. Thanks for a good experience. Highly recommended

I ordered a Grumpy Octopus back in March for my wife, which sadly never arrived - couriers fault not the company. After realising it wasn't going to come I reached out to the team at Grumpy Octopus who immediately sent a replacement at no cost to me. I couldn't be happier with the item or the service. They really went above and beyond to help me out. 100% can recommend.

What a wonderful squishy grumpy octopus. It was better then expected. Believe it or not, I actually had an issue with the delivery. It appeared to be stuck in a hub somewhere. (Thanks to the shop app I was able to track it). It sat in the same place for a week. That's when I reached out to support. Wow! It was like they were sitting there waiting for me to call. They immediately began checking into the issue. I was also contacted by USPS and the next day my package was on its way. If I didn't know any better I would think they sent someone down there to personally take care of the issue. Great product, great service. Couldn't ask for more
