Great bolt extractors
Good product, fast shipping with tracking, and guaranteed not to be a fake from other websites since it is direct from the manufacturer. Website was laid out well and checkout was easy. There are also videos on how to use the product, just make sure it is counterclockwise!

It's such a pleasure to hear from a savvy consumer that realizes a genuine product versus the knockoffs out there. As a small business, it's tough to compete, but loyalty like yours makes us smile. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review.

It worked great
It worked great! It extracted a damaged phillips head screw with ease where my old conventional extracted didn’t.
Response from The Grabit StoreNov 30, 2020
So wonderful to hear Glenn. Many knockoffs and more "conventional" extractors can't compete so we're glad our Made in the USA extractors worked for your needs.

Amazing Customer Service
TheGrabitStore.com's site isn't shady like other Grabit dealers. Customer Service is handled by real people rather than computers, which makes a huge difference. I wish they sold more tools so I could buy more stuff from them!

Amazing product.
Amazing product. A bolt holding the arm of my office chair broke. I drilled into it maybe 1/8" and used the Grabit bit to extract it. It worked flawlessly. I replaced the bolt in the chair and now don't have to purchase a new chair. Well worth the cost! I would definitely recommend this product.
