Tried to change the address 2 hrs after paying for it...They r a joke and could care less about the customer Don't waste your money on this site..Not sure how many sites they have so be careful!!!!

Customer service is outsourced and the reps barely speak English. If your gift card gets lost in the mail or has any issues there will be no help. We received a card that should be valued at $190 and is being declined everywhere. There will be no help if you run into issues.

I purchased a Visa gift card through the Gift Card Shoppe, thank goodness it was only for $25. It wouldn't work on any retailers site, I tried at least 5 sites. Tried calling customer service, they kept blaming the retailers. I finally put in a claim to PayPal and was refunded my money. This site is a scam, don't buy gift cards through them.

Purchased a Visa gift card, tried to purchase item, sale was declined. Called Customer Service and was told card was compromised. Asked for refund and was told no, they don’t give refunds, even though the terms of service clearly state differently. After requesting a supervisor and being hung up on when I requested a supervisor, 5 people later a supervisor said yes a refund should be issued. 4 days later they haven’t even begun the process. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

WOW! SCAMMED! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I called "another number" and then they posed as visa themselves and told me it was not their card. Same waiting music and same prompts. No resolve.

What a scam. I ordered two cards to be sent to a charity via email as per their website. The website was unable to open the cards. The charity and I both talked to customer service, I tried to resend and still the receiver got a systems error when trying to open. THey will not allow me to cancel the order even though it's their fault.

Company is a scam. I bought two $75 gift cards. Almost two weeks later i haven't gotten them in the mail. Called customer service and they gave me the run around as to why i didn't get a tracking number and that it should arrive in a couple weeks. Thankfully i paid through PayPal and got my money back. I Should have checked the reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned

They deserve NO stars. Placed an order online and had issues getting the payment to go through. Once it did, I received an email confirmation that the order had been placed. 3 minutes later, I got am email stating my order couldn't be processed due to "not able to verify the information provided". I called and got the run around and was told by the first person I spoke to that the picture I chose was inappropriate. When asked how a picture of my daughter and son in law was inappropriate, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. The guy comes back saying he has no idea and I could reorder another card with a different image. I told him absolutely not and he wants me to speak to a supervisor. After a 35 minute wait, the supervisor comes on the line with the same stupid response. I was on the phone 1 hour and 25 minutes trying to get an answer which he could not provide! The only positive note is that I was refunded immediately! Beware using this company!
