This is the 2nd time I've been scammed by this company. Last year, they went under a different name so I didn't know I was dealing with Innovative Communications International. If your PayPal sees a charge from Innovative Communcations International, get an immediate cancellation/refund because these gift cards have $0 value.

This company is nothing but a bunch of crooked liars and thieves. In Canada it is ILLEGAL to charge inactivity fees, yet they do it. $3.00 fee every month. This is is thievery, and out right FRAUD. EVERYONE who has issues with these useless scam artists..GO DIRECTLY TO BBB!!!

AVOID & DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY bought one for an after surgery gift, friend never received the email; I called customer service they resent. Next time I saw my friend I asked to be sure she got it; she did not. I gave her cash and called to get a refund; I was denied $100.00. CROOKS.

I ordered a gift card for my daughter for Christmas. I received the confirmation email that it was being sent. My debit card was charged immediately. My daughter never received the gift card. I contacted the company twice and have been given the runaround. They claimed they were giving my case to an investigative team and they would respond in one or two days. They never did. I called again and was given the same response. I asked that my money be refunded or a new card be overnighted to my daughter, but the customer service rep said that there was nothing else they could do. This company is a scam! I am filing a complaint with the FTC.

I left out a letter on my email confirmation and have called the company and they refuse to resend me a confirmation email to the correct email address. I need it for my taxes.

Please do not order gift cards from this company. I ordered a $100 gift card that kept getting declined. Customer service refused to give me a refund, even though they could see the card wasn’t used and had been declined. I put in a complaint to PayPal and BBB, and thankfully PayPal ruled in my favor for a refund. The customer service is outsourced and kept trying to give me the run around. I am glad that I put in a complaint and didn’t just accept the loss of money. This site has to be a scam.

This company is a scam do not use! They never processed the order just took the money off my card and never sent the gift card. I called customer service was told I would receive confirmation email and a refund I received neither. I called back they never answered. I called back from a different number they said they closed the case then told me to hang up and call back to talk to a supervisor all with heavy accents and bad attitude.

Card was delivered to another state! They claim no refunds unless you have the card number how stupid ! I think this website may be a scam! Hopefully I have PayPal refund me! Fed Ex did have a photo of this so hopefully I get refunded. Based on everyone’s complaints go elsewhere !!!
