I wish that I had checked this site before purchasing cards from the Gift Card Shop. The cards did not work, and I was told that I would have to provide the card number—even though I gave them the order number. I was told that they do not keep the card number. Red Flag! No legitimate company would do that. I am contacting my bank's fraud department and filing a complaint with my state's Office of Consumer Affairs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

SCAM!! Tried to purchase a Door Dash gift card for someone to be sent to their email through the Meal Train website. Completed the process, and then it said error, unable to process. But yet, my card was charged. Person did not receive the card, and I was still charged. Customer service is a joke. You get outsourced. I told her what happened and she “couldn’t find my info” to see if I was charged, bogus. She said I need your card number, told her it was through Apple Pay and I will find the info for her, she then said “we don’t Apple Pay”. I argued with her that the company does because it was on their site and it processed my card! She didn’t care and was of no help whatsoever. Told me I would have to contact my bank and it wasn’t their problem. Such a hassle!! Now having to file a dispute with my bank and shut down my card for fraud. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Total scam. Don't buy.

The e-gift card doesn’t work, and customer service ask for the card info before placing you on hold until you hang up!!!

Do not ever buy giftcards from this company. My friends purchased cards for me after my husband passed away. I was not aware of who was sending me gift cards to me and wanted to verify so I could thank those who had sent them to me and make sure I had received them all. The customer service was horrible and would not help me at all.

One rep will tell you they've canceled the order, but you don't get an email confirming so. Next thing you know, it's been shipped and you're charged anyways. Then they say you have to wait 15 calendar days before you can do anything about the order. Not customer-friendly at all in this case.

Gift card was sent without activation code. Calls to company did not help. Emails that were supposed to be sent to help never arrived. Person on line sounded like boiler operation in some foreign country. Do not use.

I don’t believe this is a legitimate company and is nothing but a sham. I called and wanted to email a customer service rep about an issue and was told they “didn’t have an email” and the number I called was for card orders only. They couldn’t give me a number for actual “customer care”. This site should be out of business. Worst company ever.
