They don't deserve any stars. THEY ARE NOT an American company nor do they ship from the US. The charge on my CC however, shows a NY billing. The product I purchased did not work. There was no instruction manual and it took a week to get one, which turned out to be a sheet of paper basically saying "plug it in". No help there. No customer service by phone. Took days for email response. They would not give me return information and I'm sure as h**ll not shipping to China. Seriously considering a lawsuit for false advertisement.

This company is NOT an American company like they claim, they are in fact a Chinese company. The shipping took over a month, and the product I purchased, an ssd hard drive, was inoperable. The customer service number is disconnected and the email contact was slow. They refused to give a refund until I got the institutions involved but I still had to pay 1/3 of the purchase price on the return of the product to china. After all is said and done I would recommend that no one ever purchase from them ever.
