My last box was severely damaged
My last box was severely damaged. I contacted them through their websites never got any reply. It says on their website, easy cancellation. I spent an hour on their website looking cannot find any way to cancel so at this point, they are stealing money from me.

Hello Rick! We reached out to you 20 days ago and sent a replacement box. I just checked the tracking, and it says it was delivered to the front desk Sept 5th. Please check your spam emails if you did not see the email from us.
