Great customer service. Best dashboard in the industry.

Have been a member of their discord for about two months before deciding to purchase one of their eval account. Support team is first class and very responsive. Questions are replied to in a matter of minutes, except during weekends. We can customize the type of account according to our trading plan. Once you pass the evaluation they put you to a live funded account, not a sim one like most prop firms out there. So they want you to succeed, i.e. make money, and grow your live account because that's where their profit will be coming from. The profit you make is a real money profit so no strange payout rules like when you were in a sim funded account.

The Futures Desk is awesome. Their customer service is great, super helpful, and you have the ability to customize your account fits exactly what you need. The tech they have for journaling trades is next-level—automating trade imports saves so much time, and I haven’t seen anything like it anywhere else. What really impressed me was how straightforward and honest they are about the process to go live. I was actually the first trader to pass their evaluation and sim brokerage, and now I’m moving to live trading. This firm is shaking things up in the trading world. They’re a total game changer, and other firms better watch out.

Very familiar charting software. Love the statistics and ability to trade your setups and track them. You can really see your progress and successes as well as unsuccesful trades at a glance. Helps you improve every facet of your trading journey.

From picking your own unique plan, to being able to journal while you’re in a trade is a game changer. Customer service is top notch. They want traders to go into live accounts. No sim funded nonsense like other firms. So far the experience has been exceptional!!!
