So far this company is great though getting setup so I could trade was a bit complicated and required a fair amount of interaction with support. (Support was incredibly helpful by the way.) Looking forward to my next steps with them.

Customer Service is great. If you have questions, they attend to you right away. Overall, the platform is good. The journal feature is an additional value that I haven't seen from others. You can put note your plan before the trade, write more as you trade and after as well. It is so much easier. I just wish I can add my own indicators.

In the meantime, feel free to reach out to support, we can switch you over to Rithmic, which gives you access to many platforms that support custom indicators.

Still early days using this prop, I will update once I am up to the account being live/payout process for further review but I do love the company's intention. It's guided with ethics and sustainability which is rare in this industry. Special props to Fiel, best support chat contact I've experienced over any props. They're consistently friendly, prompt and resolve issues.

Just started with this firm and I can already tell they're legit and seem very promising. Platform and it's features are superb, my only gripe is that there is no Tradeovate/CQG connectivity because I like to trade from tradingview. Regardless this is an 'S' tier firm.
