So far my experience with The Futures Desk has been excellent. The sign-up process was smooth, communication has been clear, and everything has felt professional from the start. Although I haven’t been able to connect to NinjaTrader yet (waiting on a remote session with support), the team has been responsive and helpful throughout the setup process. The TFD Dashboard is very helpful, where you can see your performance in details with your trade history. Normally you would pay extra for a Trading Journal like that and by TFD it is included already. It will help you to analyze your trades and to stay more consistent. I also value the customer service which is FOR the trader and addresses your concern.
