Ignored return inquiry until too late. Horrible communication
I never heard back after inquiring about a return for several weeks. I had accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. Someone finally connected me to the claims department. They also did not respond for a few weeks. I finally re-contacted the lovely gentleman who tried to put me in touch with the claims department. At that point, the claims department said they could not accept the return. It is not a custom product. Date of experience: April 04, 2025
