Superb Customer Service! An item arrived damaged. I contacted The French Farm in the evening and Helene Labat, the General Manager, responded first thing the next morning. She sent out a return label and replacement item immediately. In today’s business world, poor customer service is the norm. Incredible and vast array of products, yes, but also amazing service. I purchased a flatware set from them ages ago and contacted them for a few replacements. To my surprise, they replaced them for no charge. This is how you create a bond with your customer base signaling that you take them seriously and value them.
