Ordered masks on 4-10-20. Already got charged. They won’t refund or reply to emails. It’s 6-11-20 nothing’s changed.

Beware is right! I placed my order on May 12 and still have not received my order. They contacted me by email two weeks ago and said my order was processed and ready to be shipped but I still haven't received it yet. I contacted them twice since with delayed responses. Well, I finally received my order on Friday, June 19th but the quality is not what I expected and not what they said it would be. First, the masks were supposed to have wire along the nose to tighten them and they don't. Plus, the stitching isn't the best. It almost appears to be a rush job just to get them made and sent. They are also very small. If you have a larger face, they will not cover it. Still leaving this at one star.

I only gave one star because it would not allow me to do otherwise. I order Louisville Cardinal face mask almostv2 months ago and I have not received them yet. I plan on writing the attorney General for the state that they are registered with due similar complaints.

ABSOLUTE SCAM AND THIEF. Ordered masks May 12, 2020. Tracking number provided May 26 but product has not been dropped off at the shipper as of June 10. Payment processed through PayPal. I've written to PayPal Resolution Center, pressed 'submit' and next screen indicated the complaint was forwarded directly to Foxtees. I'm assuming that will be a waste of time and I'll never get resolution unless I show up at the door of the address listed on their website. ZERO STARS !!!

Ordered logo masks on 5/15/20. Over the next two weeks, the tracking they provided showed no progress. It kept reading, "Unknown". On 5/28/20 I received an e-invoice. On 5/29/20 I sent an email asking for the correct tracking number because the system kept saying the number they provided was "unknown". I never got a response. On 6/6/20 I again went into their tracking system and saw that it now reflected, "Delivered". However, the item never arrived. I contacted Paypal and started a claim on 6/6. On 6/13 the item arrived. I wonder if it would have arrived if I hadn't started the claim?

SCAM......BEWARE!!! Tried numerous times to get in contact and never heard a word back. PLEASE do NOT but from this company.

This company is a scam. They sent several fake tracking numbers and never sent anything. Their street address is not a real place. Don't buy from them. They will only steal your money.
