I ordered a NY Yankees face mask on July 25th and it’s August 16th and haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them several times with no response. I’m reading now about their lack of integrity! They should be shut down!

I am having same issues as everyone else!~ I ordered masks on July 1st, 2020... they said shipping would be within 2 weeks, due to covid. Well today is the 12th of August and still no masks, or contact. I've emailed them 5 times already and no response. Contacted PayPal to get my refund. After reading the reviews.. no wonder it's taking so long. If they are shipping from China, or Viet Nam or Korea. Very poor service. I wished I could've seen all these reviews before I purchased this. I only saw a couple that said they liked the merchandise. So fake.. Good grief.. where is the honor system and integrity ????? Gone like everything else in this world. Oh and I tried to report them to the BBB.. can't find them. go figure..

Website identified TheFoxTees as a U.S. company. Products, at least the one I ordered, come from China!! Ordered facemasks, website indicated 10 day shipping. On day 11 emailed company, emailed again. Finally got a "we are so sorry for the delay email." Paypal complaint. 16 days later received a leads-to-nowhere tracking number. About 35 days after purchase, company asked for 20 more days. Demanded refund. Said shipped. All the while I ordered and timely received numerous facemasks off of Etsy - great quality and made in the U.S. So just when I was going to escalate through Paypal, masks arrived today, DO NOT ORDER!! Flimsy masks, too big and just hang on the sides - not worth the $ or time and the ones I received smell funky.

Stay away from this Company! I ordered face masks from Foxtees during the pandemic. I chose this company because their website shows they are based in Chicago, ILL. It has been over a month and I still have not received my masks. Foxtees finally contacted me after multiple emails, to inform me the delivery is delayed because of the pandemic. The delay is because they are coming from Vietnam! Shady business practices to claim you are based in America and manufacture in Vietnam as a small business.

Scam! Ordered three anti-bacterial face masks. Never received. Sent several e-mails and my phone number, no response. No tracking number, nothing. Shameful to defraud customers who needed face masks.

This is a SCAM web site - thefoxtees.com. I ordered a face mask. Bogus shipping tracking number sent. Paid as PayPal. When I never received the item, 30 days later, I contacted PayPal and was told "not a valid invoice number". Luckily, I was able to dispute with my credit card bank. BEWARE -DO NOT PURCHASE from website.

Placed an order almost a month ago for face masks. I still have not received them. Tried to contact them thru their website but never got a response. They sent an email that the order was complete, and PayPal says it shipped. Only problem, it’s an unidentified, “Other” shipper. Sent another communication with no response. Don’t trust this site!!!

Low quality and very poor customer service. The shirt print is almost on the belly instead of the chest. Shirt looks super cheap. Do not waste your money with these guys. Will never buy again! Sent multiple emails to support team but did not receive a single response!
