Keep taking money from me 😭😭 leaving me with no money to buy food

They keep taking money from my account and won’t cancel, even though I have tried to cancel online and via my credit card. STAY AWAY

Started a trial and they have taken 2 payments from my account of £750, total £1,500 plus £40 transaction fees. Have been contacting them and received one email to say they were looking into it but nothing since. I still have a trial so no idea why they have taken these payments and the amount is obscene. Would advise to stay away from this company.

No reminder of the end of free trial, which I'm pretty sure I had already cancelled anyway. Have charged me £150 without warning and no answer to my email.

È una truffa!!! State alla larga

I would give zero if I could. Complete scam. Cancelled twice and kept deducting from my account. Cancelled again last month. 4 attempts to my account this month to deduct. Luckily I had the bank block them but they are notifying me for each attempt. Do not go near them

TRIAL PERIOD ENDS YOU GET NO EMAIL WITH A REMINDER AND THEN THEY GO RIGHT AHEAD AND CHARGE YOU. AND NO REFUNDS. WHICH IN MY BOOK, MEANS THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR COMPANY.

I cancelled, and have confirmation of this cancellation, and they took money out anyway. I cannot contact them for love nor money (the irony) to find out why, and when I will get a refund.
