So far I like how simple Jake breaks it down. I’m still new in the game but it feels like it’s possible if I stick to the masterclass and follow the course. Plus i can learn at my own pace. My mentor/ coach is super helpful. He doesn’t make me feel awkward. We seem to communicate well.

The FlipSecrets Family is a dedicated group of real estate investors just like myself that want to colaborate with like minded people to get ahead of the rat race / 9 to 5 life, which is not a lifestyle. This is a great vehicle in which to do so with lots of support from people that have had real success in real estate investing and flipping properties.

Flip Secrets has been a game changer for me. Having done a few flips in the past, I have a basic understanding of how the process of flipping properties works but this program has taken me to a different level. I am lucky to have Sam Jones as my mentor and she is absolutely amazing. She provides great advice and insight with proven knowledge and experience.
