I’m going to answer the questions I wish I’d known the answers to before I joined. The class is led onto be more exclusive than it is, the classes are filled with information that is available at no cost online. The greatest benefit of being a part of this community is the community in itself, the relationships you build with other real estate investors and lenders is far more beneficial than anything you’ll learn in the masterclass. The accountability calls are really a waste, our coach didn’t show for a couple calls and they were never made up. The program entirely is subpar at best, however, the networking and potential to develop long standing mutually beneficial relationship is worth the $15k you pay. Everyone who joined invested in their growth and development and so unlike other communities there is little worrying about being scammed or unserious opportunities to scale your business. ***We can pull the calls if there is a deeper problem here, however, the info provided below is incorrect and it seems as if getting feedback from students on the actual program is not the goal, just a 5 star review. My apologies for sharing my experience.

We did check in on your report here that your coach didn't show up, we take great pride in our team and standards being top notch so whenever we hear something like this we do a full audit. I am glad to see you have already been in contact with your coach and were able to review your calls and realize that all scheduled calls were fully attended to: Oct 10 - full call Oct 18 - call made and you requested a reschedule Later Oct 18 - full call Oct 26, Coach called 2x and it went to voicemail Oct 27th - full call Nov 5 - coach called and got your voicemail Nov 8th - coach called 2x and got voicemail Nov 9th - coach called, got voicemail Nov 14th - full call Nov 24th - 2 successful calls. It got cutoff in the middle due to a lost connection so he called back to complete it Thanks again for your great feedback about our program's community and networking aspects! I have really enjoyed the time I’ve been with Flip Secrets thus far. The mentors are always here providing advice and feedback for any and everything we need to succeed. They are extremely passionate and patient with everyone. They will stay on calls until everyone has had their questions answered. They will also have pop calls to help just because they have extract time to share. The information given helps in pretty much all aspect of real estate. The encouragement you receive from the other members in the group makes you feel welcomed. I’m so excited for what’s to come.

I have been wanting to flip houses for many years...have taken many courses (from Carlton Sheets, Ron LeGrand, Armando Montelongo, and most recently Cody Sperber) although I did have success wholesaling, I never could find the missing pieces to actually fund a flip on my own...Jake's course fills in the missing pieces...AND teaches you a new way to look at this industry!
