Julia, our "coach" kept us engaged and moving through the program. Our biggest "like" is the networking groups and the availability of investors who "get it" and offer loans for repairs on top of the purchase price, so every deal is carefully vetted and the funds are there to complete the project in full. Thank you for the connections and guidance!

Flip Secrets is a fantastic program for anyone looking to learn the secrets to flipping in homes. The program is very thorough and informative with plenty of support. Highly recommend Jake's program.

Flip Secrets is for real. Real Prople, Real Results. Worth the investment, even in my position with a full time job, we made time for the training for our side hustle of buying and flipping properties. Just flipped our 2nd property purchased in 2024. Now I'm going to dive back into the lifetime training access and keep the education going (very much needed this day and time) and so thankful for my flipping family.

The Flip Secrets team is truly a team - they change my life by allowing me to escape my corporate job!

I’ve been learning a ton of powerful real estate knowledge at my own pace. The support from the coaches and the active Discord community really helps when I’m unsure about something. It’s helping me balance my time better, and I’m genuinely excited about the growth ahead in my real estate journey.

The support and encouragement were fantastic. When I had questions I was given clear and precise answers. The team works together to help in any way they can.

Great content and training resources.

Flip secrets gave me the hope I needed that I can in fact have the life I want if I put the work in and follow the steps given to me. I’m a little less than a month in, and I’ve already made offers and have gotten 2 under contract. My first day in training, I had two preapproval offers for hard money lenders, BOTH offered up to or over 1 million dollars. I know if I keep going, I can finally quit my job and spend my days focused on my kids and elderly mother.
