Justin was very interested in providing a good service, but I had to call him a couple of times to get an update on the delivery of our load. He did have the information of the process of clearing customs, but only after I called him. Once the load cleared custom, it arrived very quickly. He was slow sending the invoice...again after I called him. I would like to comet that the other freight forwarders I called did not follow up on the processes and then disappeared Very poor service. Over all Justin cleared the load from customs, then sent it quickly. I am satisfied with the service and will use it again.
